Shropshire Off Road Club in conjunction with Limebrook Farm
Invite you all to a Village fete with a difference to raise money for The Air Ambulance, MacMillan Nurses and the Local Church Estate.

The Event - The venue will be at Limebrook Farm, Leinthall Starks, Nr Ludlow.

All welcome on the weekend of Friday 18th May to Sunday 20th May

Camping is available from Friday night to Sunday Night departing Monday. The site will have toilets and running water. On Saturday night we hope to have a small camp fire to sit around as well as a BBQ available to cook your food on (please bring your own food and drink) Cost per unit/family £5 per night

Site Entrance- If you arrive for the day, the entrance fee to the site is £10 which entitles you to a free drive around the marked course, last year this was an excellent 4 mile drive around.

Anyone presenting a club membership card for any club helping out will be given free entry.

Events - Saturday 19th May from 2 o’clock, we run a Tyro/Run Wot Ya Brung Trial for anyone over 13 years old, complete novices or anyone who wants a relaxed drive around 6 or so very safe sections. All vehicles must be taxed and MOT, suitable for road 4x4 vehicle, as shiny as you like!

Anyone wishing to enter the Tyro who has not got a full driving licence must be accompanied by a passenger with a full driving licence who has experience of cross country driving. A vehicle will be provided with tuition for those wishing to enter who don’t have their own vehicle. Cost per driver £5

Saturday and Sunday Drive Around

At different times a marshal led drive around will set off around a marked route which will take you around this large scenic park land. Woods and fields are crossed during this 4 mile plus route. Fun for the family as well as showing you what your road 4x4 will do, extremely safe with as many passengers as your car has seats, let’s go explore (red routes available for the more adventurous)!!

Cost per vehicle £10 (Free first drive if entrance voucher shown)

Sunday 20th May

CCV Trial - A CCV trial will be held on Sunday 20th May and is open to any competition vehicles that comply (Day Membership available for insurance purposes) and will consist of 8 or more sections to test you and your vehicle.

RTV Trial - An RTV trial will also be held on Sunday 20th May and is open to any vehicle which is taxed and has an MOT (Again day membership is available for insurance purposes) and will consist of 8 or more sections to test you and your vehicle although these will be safe none damaging sections suitable for road 4x4 vehicles.

Cost to enter both CCV and RTV will be £20 per driver with a membership card or £25 for entrance and day membership.

All members - please note - Changes to Membership Rules
From Jan 2012 we are changing the way membership fees are handled.
 
1) If your new membership form and money is received 2 weeks prior to the expiry of your current membership the renewal fee will be reduced to £20 and will commence immediately after your previous years membership has expired.
 
2) The fee for new members will be £25 per year from the date of joining. Those who do not rejoin/renew their membership prior to the expiry of the previous years membership will also be £25 for a full 12 months from the date of receipt.
 
3) As previous each membership form will be for 1 competitive member (Driver) plus family members , living at the same address. Please note if a challenge event is being entered an MSA License is required by the driver and the co pilot needs to be a full competitive club member with their own membership card.
 
Feel free to send in your £20 membership money before mid March to receive your new membership card for the next 12 months, which will be sent to you before the old one expires.
