Shropshire off road club has been formed by a group of like minded experienced and enthusiastic individuals, to enable and encourage people to drive their 4x4s off road safely and legally at a series of events in Shropshire throughout the year.

We are a sociable, family orientated club, and we aim to provide events that are enjoyable for all, not just the adrenaline junkies. That said, a competitive streak runs proudly through the heart of the club, with many of the founding members having won trophies for their competitive off road driving.

The club is open to people who are interested in or own any make of 4x4 and hopes to attract drivers of all abilities (and their families!), by offering a range of events, including;

-Novice and family friendly off road driving days.

-Competitive vehicle trials, with classes catering for everything from road taxed daily driven vehicles, to specialised off road machinery.

-Organised green lane outings, (abiding by the tread lightly code of conduct)

-Treasure hunt and challenge style events in the future.

-An Annual Run to the Sun, or Wales at least, a weekend of barbecuing, green laning, and sunbathing...

-Monthly local social meets to chat and exchange knowledge, arrange green laning trips, attempt to finalise the old landrover vs suzuki debate and maybe partake in the local tipple...

Shropshire Off Road Club is a non profit making organisation run by members, for the benefit and enjoyment of the members.
